Hi Andrew, really nice job catching the wildlife. A couple of suggestions, you may want to try centering the bird a bit more in your composition on the first shot. Tt would be great if you could shift the whole bird a little further left against your background. Also, the third image in the snow appears a bit gray to me. Maybe a levels adjustment to make it brighter? Regards, john.

These pictures could use a bit of cropping. Try different crops on the first picture to position the bird somewhere else.
The leaves on the second image should be cropped out.
The last image would look better with some cropping on the top and bottom.
You were trying to keep your subject in the center of the frame, but it is actually more interesting to have the subject off-centered.
I don't like the first image that much. You did a nice job of capturing the bird while he was eating the insect in the second picture. I love the way the deer is peering around the tree in the last picture.
