A quick little test image from my new (well new to me) camera. I was in the market for a second camera body and i found a very nice canon 1d mk ii , in mint condition, for $600. I bet there arn't too many people who buy less megapixles This one is only 8mp with an H sensor, compaired to my 40d with 10mp and crop sensor. I think the resolution is almost even.(the 40d has a slightly larger file size and more reach) The camera however, is unbelievable. Words can't describe how nice it is. A very nice camera for anyone interested in a good buy. I don't think you can beat it..........................................

That's what's scaring me. Unbelievable camera and features on it. Even the sound of the shutter says quality. And when you click off 8.5 frames a second

Someday i'll have one with a few more megapixles. This one is a great starter camera though ,at a great price.

True, but i would like to have about 12 so i can crop a little more. With 8mp, i'll have to make shure i fill the frame. As long as i can do that, i should be just fine.
