Themed Photo Challenge #25: Lit by the Photographer
This challenge theme is: Lit by the Photographer The closing date will be no sooner than: 5th April 2012
This theme was chosen by Terry (Loose Canon), winner of #23.
Just to explain that title a little;
It should be a picture of something, lit by a source the photographer has control of.
What Terry is aiming for is an image where the photographer has lit the subject by any method - flash/strobe, bulb/tube, torch, candle, etc. even modifying/directing an existing/ambient light source as the main subject light - so it doesn't completely rule out the use of daylight.
There are a few rules;
A) Photographs must be shot after the theme was announced on 20th February 2012
B) Photographs should be posted in this thread before it is closed (see provisional date above)
C) If a person enters more than one picture, each should be in a separate post (if they're similar, this may dilute your votes)
D) Since many entrants do this; it seems only fair that everyone entering should cast votes for each other's efforts
E) Any votes cast for your own photograph(s) will be ignored
Voting;
When announced, voting (open to any member) will be by Private Message (PM) to Dave Humphries, over a period of three days or so. This will ask you to state your favourite three photographs in '1st, 2nd, 3rd' order by "V number" reference.
Theme topics;
The winner of this challenge should then send me a PM with a theme suggestion for a subsequent challenge.
