The Apartments...Rookery

These are more for documentation than anything but I thought I would share. Looks to be a fair # this year.

I can imagine seeing this in person but I think the shots don't capture that excitement. The gray sky and similar colors of the birds and tree muddle it- My eye's not drawn to a point.

I agree Chris, weather and light was not good but I took the shots just for documentation incase I did not have a chance to return on a better day before the leaves fill in anything visible.

I think that this is cool also. The use of the word apartments to show rookery is story in itself. Many points but one adventure.

I want to get out to a heronry at some time myself. But as has been said, difficult to get great shots as there is so much stuff going on. The third one is the best, but even there it's too busy, visually.
