Kudu
The male Kudu has some of the most impressive headgear amongst the African antelopes.
C&C welcome

Re: Kudu
Lovely! A real National Geographical shot. Perfectly framed, symmetrical composition and you've got the DoF spot on. To make it even better, he's looking straight down the barrel at you! Wonderful photo.

Re: Kudu
Very nice, I am a little envious of the selection of great animals you have access to.

Re: Kudu
Beautiful shot. I love the fact that you can even see the flies on its fur. I think Marty got it right.

Re: Kudu
Very nice shot. I think I'd prefer to see the ends of the antlers (or are they horns?). Was this cropped down?

Re: Kudu
I think this is one of those situations where, ideally, two shots would be good. One like this to concentrate on the face and a wider shot of the whole animal.
But often not an option without changing lenses.
Plenty of clear detail.

Re: Kudu
Clive,
great shot; all I would ask is have you got any more like this, I would love to see them if you have.
Well done.

Re: Kudu
This is a nice shot. Wonder what it looks like printed on metallic paper in b/w

Re: Kudu
Thank you all for your positive comments and feedback. The reason why all the horns aren't in is that the left one was covered by an overhanging branch.
