Ladybird
I don't often post pics on here, partly because i'm far to critical of anything I take and partly because I much prefer everyone elses pics. I thought I'd post this which was taken in the summer. Feel free to comment however you see fit, and if you inject a bit of humour/sarcasm/gentle teasing into your reply then so much the better

Hi Trev,
Well, it's a lot better than most (read "all") of my ladybird pics.
You don't often see that level of texture in the wing covers, nor the contour of the bottom edge of them.
Glad you broke your normal rule and posted this, looks good big in Lytebox.

Thank you both, I was a little disapointed that it wasn't sharper and I didn't really like the crack in the wood behind it and I should have focussed more on its head but apart from that I was reasonably happy. If anyone wants to have a crack at improving it then feel free to give it a go.
