Nice shot, nice and crisp on bird, my only comment would be to crop the bird more centered to see all of him.

It's a shame you didn't manage to catch all of the pigeon in the shot as it is nice and sharp as Jack has mentioned. I'd also suggest the tighter crop - given that a foot is missing perhaps go for more of a head and shoulders crop too.

My guess is that is the entire picture. It is difficult to frame and follow in tight. Give yourself more room to work. I have a lot of pictures of half-birds that were moving.
