We get some reasonably nice sunsets here at our place. But every so often we get one which is out of the box. Last night was one such sunset. These fiery colours don't last long and it is all over bar the shouting, as they say, within 20 minutes or so. One doesn't get much time to get one's act and gear into action before it it all subsides into dreary dull grey.
Thought I would share it with those who are into this sort of thing

Ken,
Very nice sunsets. I especially like the first the best. There is just something about those dark triangles in the other two that throw me off a bit. In the first, it is broken up by the hills in the background. Very nice captures though. I could go for a nice sunset like that.

Ken,
Beautiful. I love the foreground balance in the first image. The diagonals created by the hillside are an unusual treatment, but very dynamic, and absolutely work for me. Those shots were well worth running for.
