Church and fog

Lots of time when I shoot in the fog, I try to include a close up subject so I get a contrast between the close subject and the images a distance away which are obscurred by fog. The second image almost does that...

I am with you Jon, I haven't the foggiest notion of how to make good images with fog.
I am going to read the link Donald posted and maybe some other links, I would definitely like to know more of the techniques involved.

Donald, Thanks for the heads up on the link for shooting in the fog. That explained alot of things that I need to adjust and watch out for. I am learning so much from CiC and all the great people here. Thank you so much.
