I may be nuts, but the deer IMO, look added and the 3 trees in front look almost unreal. The background is great- well exposed, the colors a good, and there is wonderful variation in texture.

You must be nuts charley Everything is all natural. I think what might be a little strange, is everything is on the same focal plane and there is very little depth to the photo.

And that's why that wide landscape presentation works so well. Our eye needs to be 'managed' to travel from side-to-side rather than trying to go from front-to-back. And this does that beautifully.
