The Flower
This is a indoor picture of a Christmas Cactus Flower, using a 18-105mm at 105mm, ISO 125, f16, and 30 sec shutter. Tried several different settings, lighting, position, etc.. This was the best of about a dozen.

Thank you James and susangb. For lighting on this one I used a very bright flashlight above and a white sheet of paper below the flower. The tripod and wireless remote were a big help. Nothing fancy and not claiming to know what I am doing. This is the first time I have ever tried anything other than natural light or flash. Just did about a dozen trial and error pictures, trying different lighting, camera positions and settings, till I came up with something I liked. As for PP, here is what it looked like straight out of the camera.
Some had sharper detail than this but overall I liked this the best.
