    Very nice James. I think they are all excellent, but I'm especially jealous of the cardinal because even though there are a lot of them around here, I haven't managed a good shot yet.

    Nice work. I like the presentation too. Leaving a space between the shots would show them off much nicer.

    Yep, I agree, nice work James. Good exposure and sharp too. The Cardinal is likely my favorite as well. The background is nice and clean. I would be tempted to selectively remove some of the random branches in the other two. Not all just the more intrusive or eye catching few.

    These are a good series James, but I have to agree with Paul that #2 and #4 would benefit from having some PP-pruning.

    Anything that intrudes from the edge without being 'connected' to anything else should go.

    As should anything touching the subject and leading you out of frame.
    As should anything getting 'too close' to the subject.

    The techinical quality; e.g. exposure, focus and composition are all spot on.
