Very nice exposure, the severe cropping might work for ad work but not for other formats.

Hi Mario,

To be honest, I think the image has good potential, but there are just a few things that are dragging it down;

1. Your watermark. It drags my eye straight to it, and totally ruins the entire image in the same way a deep scratch down the side of an expensive automobile would detract from it's curves and lines.

2. You've pushed the saturation too high (especially the lips) (bold is one thing, but this is just a bit too far IMO)

3. The green background is too bright, and too green - and it competes with the model's face for the viewers attention (and wins, unfortunately).

4. The eyes are over-sharpened.

If the watermark wasn't there and the picture colour wasn't so in the face I think this this would be superb. She looks a beautiful lady. These are just my own opinion of course.

The high saturation does not bother me, in fact, I like it, but I do not like the catch-lights in the eyes. They are to attention grabbing for me. If they were symmetrical with respect to the eys - maybe. This might be one case where no catch-lights might be better.

I'm in agreement with the comments on the catchlights. They should be in the upper part of the eyes, close to the pupils. The funky colours, I don't mind. I rather like the "in your face" approach you are using. I find I sometimes will go in and move the catchlights with photoshop if the effect is not working for me.
