We’d stopped for a cool drink and a bite to eat when my wife noticed this spider had caught a butterfly. It was only after looking at the image on the PC that we saw the “face” on the spiders back. No C&C necessary just found it interesting.

Crab spiders are awesome! After Jumping spiders, I think they're my favorites.

I never fail to be amazed how crab spiders can catch prey much bigger than themselves; including well defended species like bumblebees.
