I have just begun to play with Topaz Adjust V3.2 which is a plug-in for Photoshop and other photo editing programs. You can do some serious work with Topaz Adjust V3.2, including noise reduction. However, the most fun for me at the start is using the Psychedelic filter. It is amazing the differences in images manipulated by this single filter.
