a flower from mothers day

Taken this morning of a flower given as part of a mothers day present.

It's almost edible Neil..all those lovely peach and raspberry colours and lovely sharp centre.

Only thing I am not keen on is the tightness of the crop at the bottom. I do flower shots too and I think they work best if you either.

A) Fill theframe by going in really close..or

B) Pan back enough so that the overall form of the bloom can be seen and the shape enjoyed.

This falls just between the two but you obviously have good macro skills so I look forward to seeing much more of your work.
