I thought that title might get the attention of a few of the bird-lovers around CiC !
I saw this little scene on the street today and couldn't resist a quick picture. I think it's intriguing and humorous in many ways. (e.g. if you have no head why would you need sunglasses?)
I thought it might provide a bit of light relief on the forum as a caption competition.
