My Challenge

Was shooting with my Sony alpha55V, a nice dry day in Seattle. 70- 200mm lens. I found a small puddle approx. 1 foot square with a wonderful reflection of the near by forests. I have tried many PP attempts but I just can’t get it right. Anyone have any ideas? I really think there is a picture in there. Or am I too much of a Noob to know when to give up . Help C&C please JimC

Hi Jim. If the subject is the trees then the foreground is much too intense. The out-of-focus works but the high foreground saturation is stealing the show from the reflection.

If you really want an bit of an abstract, try flipping the image vertically and see what you think.

Thanks for the comments. I thought about flipping it to but I thought that it might stimulate some disscusion if I left it alone. The picture in RAW format. err I hope so I tried a lot of PP attempts. I hope I didnt send the wrong one. JimC
