    Mountain Bluebirds are back

Beautiful hole nesting birds that use BB boxes along with natural cavities. They have been back for several weeks. I could hear the young calling for the adults from the best box. The blue color of the males is amazing.

Dave very good photo of the Bluebird. I have Eastern Bluebirds here. I built two boxes a couple of years ago and they took them over right away. Good job, my friend.

Dave - colour and the pose very good, what an attractive bird is the female a drab brown colour?

I don't know if it's my old eyes but is the focus on the wood left of frame? throwing the bird out a bit.
