#1 is brighter but #2 appears much sharper.
As an alternative, I wonder about a crop to remove most of the sky then set brightness levels etc to suit the building and bear. It would leave the pole as a bit of a distraction but I'm not sure that seeing all of it is that much of an addition either.

I do not know why either Nicola. I might have tried a bit of haze before but not that much and the the sky was actually blue. A new sky is a good idea Geoff, but I got a better one for that.
