I was doing the same to one of the rose shots and it got took funky and so dropped it. Maybe will try that again - 99.98. hehe

Marcus, welcome to you. How did I make the shot? Some very basic combinations of natural backlighting and LED side lighting then some fun with PP. I just go with what feels right and try to let the flower tell it's story.

Sounds like he goes (used to go to!) the same language school as my partner, although I get the occasional 'Okay' as well. But in presbyterian Scotland that counts as ecstatic rapture close to beatification.
