Bobo...I think you've outdone yourself. The colors on those ducks is simply
fantastic. Pic #1 looks like a taxidermist set it up, #2 is just gorgeous and
#3 is equally superb....

Most pretty duck in the world. I remember seeing them when I lived up north in New Hampshire. Well done Bobo.

One of my favorite ducks Bobo, nice captures. That female has better/more color than most. I find a couple descent but not like that one. The male looks to be starting to do the summer fade as he has a lot of color but is somewhat starting to wash out as they do. I have noticed them fading here as well. They have found their mate by now and look to start blending in.

Yes, ones I took last year were much brighter but this is the first time getting a female in reasonable light.
I would love to get them in evening light one day. We shall see. There has been no sun all of last week and this week looks no different - only haze or rain.
