Have not been on since I joined , which seems like a long time have been working so have had no time for anything except eat sleep and work. Can not complain though, I have photos on memory cards from weeks ago that I havent had time to process.

Mini-Comps are fairly self evident (but only when they are saying "Voting underway"), so I'll skip past them.
If one of the monthlies; Themed Challenge, Monthly Challenge or PP Challenge, you need to be here when an announcement is made that they are Open for Voting - that post will tell you how to vote, basically a PM (Private Message) to the relevant moderator; myself, Colin or Donald (since we do one each). They generally stay open for voting for about 4-5 days.
The latest Themed Challenge is loooong overdue to be closed and voting started but I just haven't found the time, with normal moderator business and have a week of days out photographing things, to start that ball rolling
