Lovely, just lovely.
How was it shot?
I have considered all the options Bobo but still find that my camera is best...an elephant gun sooo ruins your composition!
It was just that brilliant light that comes through my kitchen via 2 windows at about 4pm...am a lucky girl but can't take any credit for it.
White perspex background with blinds used to subdue to grey.
Herself has some Bluebells and Whitebells in the garden..just come up. and some were picked and gently thrust in her hand.
I stuck them in a wee Saki Jar and moved them about until the light was pleasing to me and sensitive upon them chucked a perspex blind up and got my 'death grip in place' and stopped breathing !!
Do I look like I make tea? xx

is the EXIF stripped Donald?
Lovely Sharon...
Nice image sharon. Your window provides some beautiful light. It also provided a slight blue color cast. If you do a layer adjustment>>curves>>blue channel>>pull the center of the curve just slightly towards the bottom right corner (just a little bit) and it will correct it. Then click the eyeball on and off and it will be plainly obvious.
I copied her image into PS and did as you suggested and I did like the control it gave...while there, I noticed as well, the focus is a bit on the soft side with the background bud actually a bit more in focus than the flower. Even so, it is a nice and simple composition/exposure.
I agree with bobo just lovely!
Thank you guys! Some good advice,
