Hi Pete,
Sorry - I missed your post before now - It's winter here and that was taken about 3/4 hour after sunset - pretty chilly!
In terms of colour temperature, the I pretty much ran with what the camera suggested - it's somewhat under-exposed (mood shot) so the colours look very saturated, and the lighting on the side of the wharf comes from sodium lighting (off memory).
But you are lucky, you work in landscape category, for some reason, it is a winning category, no matter what
