bird ?
f5.6 1/100s iso100 at 200mm not my best looking for name, will work on getting better shot.

Cedar waxwing-common east coast us bird. Don't know about west coast. if the tail bits were red instead of yellow it would be a bohemian waxwing- common ( I think) to the west coast.

Nice Cedar Waxwing Jack. this bird ranges from coast to coast in the Northern States and Southern Canada but winters in the more Southern States. Nice that you were able to get the angle you did. Many times you can't see the colors....you got them all.

Cedar waxwings often seem like they are not in perfect focus. It bothered me in my photos until I found that this is not uncommon. They are very fast! Good luck!
