Mitch...
I can see what you are tryng for but, there are a couple of things that are a bit problematic...
The background is very busy and tends to compete with the subject...
The clothing also competes with the subjects face for my attention...

The face and hair on the forehead are blurry however her shirt which appears to be on the same plane is sharper. She looks to have been moving her head and the 1/30 a bit slow for it. I agree with Richard about the background. Outside may have given you a faster shutter speed and an option on a better background.
