This old photo looks like it has a film over it - any way to remove it? (I have Photoshop CS3).

I'm not an expert in restoration - but I know of one book that comes highly recommended for this kind of work - it's "Adobe Photoshop Restoration & Retouching (3rd Edition)" by Katrin Eismann.
