hi in this photo i wanted to create a light beam and make it realistic i don't know how much i reach to my goal. (i'm new to photo manipulation)

This seems to be a very good portrait. However, it would be much more helpful if you were able to embed the image within your post rather than merely having it as a thumbnail. I think this might also encourage others to respond with comments.

Ali - in terms of c&c, I really like the concept and the thought process behind it. The actual photo is well captured, lit and focussed.
However, as you alluded to above, i do think the light trails are a little artificial. This is about as good a help as I can provide because I'm not very proficient in pp to tell you how to do it more realistically.
