Rusty shadow
I need your opinion on this one. Just experimenting.
Is it too confusing and/or uninteresting? Does the eye gets lost in the frame? How does your eyes travel across the frame?
(actually this is a bet between a friend of mine and me...)

Re: Rusty shadow
Very interesting for mine, the colours are like an artist has painted a canvas, sensational. I'm not sure if you can photo shop out the shadow as this really spoils an otherwise cracker of a shot. The composition (other than the shadow) is perfect. My eye travels from the bottom right hand corner up to the top left and to the rusty old bollard.

Re: Rusty shadow
Thank you Wayne for your thoughts.
So you find the shadow distracting. I know there are too many elements in there but I am not sure which one should be omitted. I am also concerned about the edge of another bollard just at the upper left corner which could work as an anchor point obstructing the eye from traveling after reaching that point.

Re: Rusty shadow
Miltos - I find that there is a competition between the bollards at the top and the tyres at the bottom. I think these two very strong elements are too far apart to both be in the same image. My eye is jumping between the two.

Re: Rusty shadow
Thank you Donald, that's exactly what I wanted to know that the triangle (tyres-bollards-shadow) doesn't work because of the competition you mentioned.

Re: Rusty shadow
Well worth revisiting Miltos with those colours and a scene like this, I'm sure there is a lot more photo's to be taken.
