Javier, is this a Bittern? It looks similar to our Bitterns though I can't really see his face, it is also quite close to the Green Heron...but again a different color than we have and closer to those I have seen elsewhere. You have nice sharpness and you did fairly well with exposure being he is somewhat backlit. There are however a couple issues to look out for next time. First you have cut one of his feet off and second....realising there was not much you could do....is the image is quite busy and has braches acrossed his body.
Not that I would not have taken the shot, I would have. The head is free of debri so I might have waited until he turned slightly more so I could get a little better view of his face.

Javier, I like this one better for sure. I still think it is a Bittern due to shape and size, and I am guessing some on the size.
Javier I like the second one the best too. Top shot. A most unusual bird.
