    High Noon

    Hey everyone,
Took this the other day around noon. Desaturated the sky for a more dramatic look.
    As always C&C welcome.

    Re: High Noon

    Hi Jack,

I quite like the composition, although I think I would crop it off just at the top corner of the inside of the doorway so I lost (only) the black void inside - I don´t think it adds anything particularly and just drags the eye down.

I´m not on my usual monitor at the moment so can´t sensibly comment on the sky, etc.
Did you mean "desaturated" above, i.e. less colour, because it still looks fairly blue, although possibly darkened in luminance - or that could just be this hotel lobby monitor I´m on

    Hope that helps,

i think i prefer the second, partially because of the crop, but also i find the sky a bit too dark in the first, and there seems to be some sort of artifact at the top of the tower in the first

The composition is very strong, I really like it. I agree with wjh31's comments, the second one is better, especially the sky part.
