Would that be the time in NZ 40 years ago when man walked on the moon?
Well I think that this watch is of the same kind that went to the moon, so it could be how Neil Armstrong saw it as he got out?
Colin pawned his watch to buy a new camera?
aw this is when two men walked on the moon.
OK - here's the full story.
The venerable Omega speedmaster professional - after passing a battery of tests - was certified by NASA for all of the Apollo missions - including the Apollo 11 Lunar landing.
Shown here displaying the exact time (GMT) that Neil Armstrong stepped onto to the moon (well, within 15 seconds anyway) - and posted here exactly 40 years later (to the minute).
A piece of history for us all.
So now we live in a world where 40 years ago they put a man on the moon ...
... and we STILL can't get prints to agree with monitors with anything better than "a reasonable good match"!
I guess it's all about priorities.
Omegas are still over priced pieces of $%^& .......
