I don't know what to ask for - strange request

I cannot Google this query because I simply don't know what to ask for.

These ladies are wearing embellished shirts which are the rage in the Maltese Dog world, both the ladies who show purebred Maltese and the ladies involved with rescuing Maltese love these shirts and pay good money for them.



However, the Maltese on these shirts are generic Maltese and not pictures of any specific dog. I know that if I could offer shirts embellished with this type of decoration with their specific dogs image, we could make major funding for our Maltese Rescue efforts. I am always in the market to find ways to help our rescue dogs.

The dog show official photographer said that he has heard of a software program which will allow you to embellish any garment with pictures of your choice. The embellishment will be metallic studs or beads like these (I don't know what they are called).

I also don't know specifically how the image is transferred to the shirt and if it is just transfer upon which you need to attach the embellishments in some way.

Does anyone know:

1. What these type of embellishments are called?
2. If there is a software program to work with them?

Found this item on EBAY for a beaded T shirt. Can they, the shop, assist. Looks like you make the beaded transfer and iron on to the tea shirt.
