I'm just waiting for life to emerge from that primeval soup that is the second one!

I do love how you've used the light on the surface.

As for the first one, it's one of those 'simple' images with the composition using a few elements (2 (I think) x rocks, a few twigs and some other organic material on the surface) in a wonderful arrangement to make a beautifully harmonious and balanced image.

I like the second photo better. My first impression of the first photo was objects flying in space. Maybe it is my eyesight.

Nice shots Sharon. The second one looks like a toxic soup with the gold color to it.....I like it and the way the light plays on it. Strange not seeing flowers....lol
