I had to look - was not sure what was being talked about .
New tube , Quick release adapter [ was hoping for smaller version for bogen - RCO – PANCAKE = 625 , 3296 ] or maybe a good WA pancake lens .
I hate that site - they post crap so you have to scroll sideways and / or up- down to read .
Oh well - not for me - thanks for the post .
