Full Frame / Canon 5D Photos More 3D?
I just bought a 40D with the 10-22mm lens (along with my 17-55mm 2.8 IS and my 70-200 F4 IS).
But it always seems to me that whenever I see photos shot with the 5D, they always seem that much more "impressive". I can't seem to put my finger on it...just more real or 3 dimensional. I known many members here have many Canon cameras including the 5D.
What's everyone's take on the full frame vs. the crop factor cameras, namely the 40D.

Great choice of lenses for the 40D-- hands down the best three all-around in terms of quality, size and versatility.
Almost every opinion I have on full frame versus crop factor cameras is within the "digital camera sensor sizes" article. Not sure where the difference in wow factors is coming from, except that perhaps the full frame camera is not magnifying the lens MTF as much. This would give the impression of subtle local contrast enhancement and would appear more 3D. It is quite subtle though, and assumes that the 10-22 and 17-55 do not have as much "pop" as their equivalents (17-40/16-35 and 24-70/24-105 on the full frame).
