You've clearly got some high-level bug shootin' skills Bobo...

Not sure about those last 2 bugs though, as they don't appear to be
having a very good day..

I particularly like the lower 80% of your last image..it seems a very
simple, but relaxing image to look at. The color bar across the top
doesn't seem natural to the image though.

Thanks Frank - the maters here are Geoff and Peter and the others that post only in the insects thread. They have been helping me along but as you can see from the "eyes" thread, I have much to learn about this macro stuff.

Thanks Mike - regarding that last one, the original is greenish of course but was just playing around with tints/hues to see what came up. As for 5 and 6, if Geoff drops in he can probably tell what is up. I think those bugs actually live in the the bubbles.

Is is a very beautiful specimen and my only regret is not getting more shots from different angles. It decided to drop into the thick grass after my first 2 shots.
