Thanks for this link ... it prompted me to check out if there is, and there is, another model for Panasonic FZ and G/GH cameras
Now I need a remote controlled tripod etc.

I have a wired Satechi remote trigger/intervalometer and I've been extremely pleased with it.... especially since it was less than half of what the Canon version cost.
