Personally, I think this would be better levelled - e.g. with the radio/TV tower vertical.

Hello Phugiay, I like where you are going with this shot. It does come off as very busy. It is hard for me at least, to let my eyes rest on the subject. If I got your subject right its the red and white lines of the highway interchange, I would suggest an edit that separates it from all the busy streetlights on the adjoining streets.

@Dave: I tried to light up the background with the tower, Candlestick park, and city Oakland on the other side of the bay but it didn’t look good .
@Ryogenetic: I got your point. This shot I took from Bernal Height so it is impossible to shot straight to highway 280 (the busy street light) . I may focus closed to the interchange and less the resident houses . I will try again sometime this weekend to see it comes out better.
The view of the city on the other side of the hill is very nice during the day
