Lost feather
Fish feeding on a feather.
Does this work?
Thanks.

Re: Lost feather
To me this is a good example of the classic conundrum which often confronts many of us. It is a brilliant, once in a life time, shot that serendipity throws up. The sort of 'oncer' subject we spend yonks searching for. But when we are lucky enough to be in the right place at the right time sometimes the camera just fails to do it justice. And there is nothing one can do about it, unfortunately. You have done very well with this shot. But I suspect that it has not lived up to your expectations and certainly doesn't match up to what you actually saw. And this is why I believe you have some doubts, and these have led you to ask, " Does this work?" In many ways, you are the only one who can really answer whether or not this shot met your desired expectations. Having said all of that, I will continue to enjoy and learn from your postings.

Thanks Ken.
The king of fixes is Frank. I am just trying to learn what he has been doing. Probably not all that well this time but will keep trying.
Should have posted the original unedited shot to give a better example.
Heck will do that asap.

Re: Lost feather
Original SOOC.
The water was very murky with harsh sun on the surface making it hard to see into the water. The only thing that indicated there was something other then the feather was there was unusual water movement around it.

Re: Lost feather
Tried to redo but the closest I came was almost exactly like the first one.
We need a Frank to do this one.
