I like the exposure, composition (placement of the ball within the frame) and the interesting pattern of reflections in the water. In my mind, the image would be considerably stronger if the light were not so flat; the ball is too evenly lit, there is no shadow cast by the overall shape of the ball and there is little texture displayed in the ball. Perhaps capturing the ball at the exact moment that it is thrown into the water would create an interesting splash.
