Really nice color and the playful look shows your dog's personality. However, I understand the reason for the sticks only because of your commentary, not because your image tells that part of the story. Just the opposite, the sticks seem out of place to me. If you have an image of the dog interacting with the sticks, that would tell the whole story in perhaps a very pleasing way.
