Survivor
Battered by rain, wind, thunder, lightening... everything the skies could throw at it..
....still here and still beautiful.

Re: Survivor
I see that you haven't lost any of your creative genius during my absence over the last 3 weeks!

Re: Survivor
The rich but not overpowering color is really terrific!
I am certain that everything that you do, you do for a reason. So I'll only mention that I would prefer a little more space on the left. At the least, I wish the vignette didn't invade the top and left side of the flower. All of which probably indicates that I think too much in the box rather than out of it.

Re: Survivor
Ahhh,,,thanks Donald but I fear I have...this endless rain has diluted my brain. ![Smile](https://cdn.cambridgeincolour.com/forums/images/smilies2/smile.png)
Looking forward to seeing your results.
Mike...I was very concious of the lack of space left hand side and chose the vignette and frame to minimise it. Some idiot gardner
has planted a heap of pink flowers around the poppies necessitating a closer crop than I would have liked.

Re: Survivor
An interesting crop and border. Although the cropping is unusual, the effective use of bokeh and a sharp bright red subject makes this image work very well!
