Doubtful Sound, Fiordland NZ
The south west of NZ is about as far away from it as you can get. The weather is usually ferocious, coming straight off the Southern Ocean. I was lucky to be there on a flat calm day. It was freezing cold and part of the fiord had frozen over for almost the first time in living memory.
Doubtful Sound like a mill pond
