Problem With Lightroom
I have Lightroom 3.6 on a Mac Desktop and a Mac Laptop. I have switched to a Nikon D7000 from a D90. The laptop will import files from both cameras. The desktop recognizes the D7000 but when I try to import images it gives the following message:
"Some important operations were not performed. The following files were not imported because they could not be read."
Can anyone tell me what settings need to be changed to get my desktop to read the D7000 files?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
Chuck

Re: Problem With Lightroom
Chuck, can you identify which files can't be imported? Could they be other than images that are on the card?
If they are images, can you manually copy them from the card? Determining the difference between the files you can and can't read can give us a clue as to why they can't be read.

Re: Problem With Lightroom
First, update Lightroom, because if the raw files are newer than the raw converter of Lightroom, the images are not recognised.
