    I don't believe that the price of the EOS-M is justified. I'd rather get a proper DSLR than pay up to get a small body with no EVF. Shame.

    well after a break in Florence the viewfinder was welded to my gx1. you couldn't always see the screen in the sun!

    I know that if you stick a gx1 in b&w mode it will display the image in b&w on the screen so I assume it would in the EVF. I'll try it when I get in tonight.

    Hi Paul

    the answer is yes on a Nikon V1 and with the add on EVF to the Panasonic GX1.

    The EM5 is a nice camera whether it is worth the extra over a g3..... dunno. Saw a silver one the other day and it sure is stylish!
