Do we have a minimum age?

My darling friend and her daughter are coming to stay with me next week.

Julie is blind and her daughter Aleisha is ( a very young) thirteen year old....with a new Fuji bridge camera and bags of enthusiasm..and there is Ozzie the blonde guide dog.

I have booked them in for a photoshoot with a local photographer as a treat..probably their last jaunt as just a mum and her wee girl.

Anyway, I digress..

Would Aleisha be welcome posting her pics here? She is very young but I know this community and would be happy to recommend it.

How nice of you to have signed her up for a photo shoot. Take that youth and run with it. We will look forward to her pictures.
It is such a great hobby to develope and the younger the better.
( now I am just a member here...but I think it great to encourage the youth anyway we can.)

Can you let us know what level and intensity of comment she would find appropriate or be comfortable with? Don't want to be too harsh and drive her away. Not that the site has ever had problems with dismissive comments.

I'm with you Richard. We were both 13 once (I think!). It'll be good see what the younger eyes see.

My passport seems to think I'm in my fifties...but I have close friends who think I'm still in Kindergarten...so I think a 13 year old should be more than welcome!

I think a forum would be really useful to her but I would be very wary of her joining anywhere but here where I know and trustthe moderation...and the members.
