I think your website is pretty good as it is.
A few of us on here use SmugMug. Some others go with pBase.
For photo-hosting (snaps) I find Google Picasa convenient because I have a Google account. And I use HostGator for my horological site. HostGator is excellent.
CoffeeCup software is very good, I have their HTML editor** and use their free FTP program to upload and download stuff from my site. CoffeeCup also offers hosting which they call 'S-drive' and I have a holding page there at the Freebie level.
** it can open .xmp files in an easily readable rendering and edit them for those magic moments when you want to (laboriously) adjust something that your version of ACR doesn't show in it's window.
I use smugmug for my photos and I use Legacy 7.5 for my genealogical work...
I find P base is so user friendly that even I can understand most of it - eventually.
The best hosting companies, even international, are Hostgator.com and GoDaddy.com and a better website is having a setup using wordpress.com.
A+ for Hostgator. They are located in Houston.
They have great support for CMS (Joomla and Drupal) and their Tech Support is in Texas English, so there are no communication problems.
I use Dreamweaver if I need to create complex tables or Feedback forms. Content management systems have a built-in editor, but is not always sufficient for my needs.
I use LR4 for my Web Galleries.
