I don't do a whole lot of nature photography, but I was milling about the other day and found one of these in the woods. I really like the textures, and colours, so I thought I'd give it a shot. Do you like it?

The way Scots pronounce "thistle" sounds to non-Scots like "thestle," which explains why a Scottish friend of mine got into a bit of trouble when his American boss (a woman) rang him to ask if they could settle on a time to discuss his performance review, and he responded "how about six?"
